Bottle Recycling

SPNI's Tel Aviv Kehila and the Ma-li non-profit are teaming up and calling on you- Tel Aviv's residents to bring us your cash-refund bottles (pikadon/פיקדון) this Friday, April 26th between 10:30-14:00. Our representatives will be present in Rabin Square.

The proceeds of each bottle will be donated to the Tel Aviv community of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, which will in turn benefit community activities. SPNI has been active in Tel Aviv for over a decade, advancing environmental issues in the city through cooperation with civilian groups, environmental groups, and relevant authorities. The money raised from your empty drink bottles will be used to give back to the community in areas such as environmental education, community gardens, strengthening environmental awareness among residents, and more.

Bottles welcomed: small plastic bottles, glass bottles, wine bottles, and cans.

More about Ma-li: Ma-li is the non-profit that runs the "Angels Initiative" which enables civilians to donate empty drink bottles with a cash-refund value to the charity of their choice.
