Location: Bus pickup from Jerusalem, with additional options at Latrun (06:30), Paatei Modiin Train Station, and IKEA Be’er Sheva

April marks the height of spring migration, and the lake in Yeruham becomes a key stopover for birds on the move. The mix of desert habitat, scrub vegetation, and wetland around the lake provides food and water for a wide variety of species, including water birds, raptors, and songbirds.
We’ll walk around the park and lake, moving through different habitats along flat, paved paths (about 3 km total).
No experience necessary.
Guiding is in English.
Transport
Depart Jerusalem at 06:00
Optional pickup at Latrun (06:30), Paatei Modiin Train Station, and IKEA Be’er Sheva
Return to Jerusalem by 18:00

SPNI & English Bird Club Members: 400 NIS per person
Non-Members: 440 NIS per person
