In 2019 SPNI’s supporters generously donated to launch a gazelle reintroduction project, taking healthy gazelles from Jerusalem’s Gazelle Valley and releasing them into the wild. Over the last five years, over 60 gazelles have been released into the wild, strengthening wild herds.
