Why do scientists keep fossils, bones, and other botanical and zoological specimens? Join the English Bird Club for a rare behind-the-scenes look at the National Natural History Collections at the Hebrew University. We’ll explore several sections of the collection and learn how researchers use these items to study biodiversity, environmental change, and more.

 

Open to curious minds ages 12 and up. No prior experience is necessary. Guiding is in English. The visit involves walking and standing indoors, with elevators available.

 

Please bring a valid ID for campus entry. Comfortable shoes and a water bottle are recommended.
