This month the Bird Club will visit the forest-like area of south-east Tel-Aviv. We’ll look for wintering species that seek out pine trees and forest areas around the big city. Also, resident species that are starting to look for a proper nesting place in the grove.
Cost of walks: Free to members of the English Bird Club, 50 nis for SPNI members, 70 nis for non-members.
The English bird club of BirdLife Israel meets twice a month – in the Jerusalem area and in Tel Aviv. All are welcome to join the bird walks.
