Afternoon Nature Walk at the Gazelle Valley

A Tranquil Stroll Among Springtime Beauty

Event Details

Date: May 7, 2025

Time: 16:30–18:00

Location: Gazelle Valley Park, Jerusalem

Exact meeting point will be shared after registration.

It’s late spring at Gazelle Valley Park, a perfect time to slow down and soak in the sights and sounds of nature. Migrating birds are still passing through, while local chicks are just learning to fly and forage. We’ll watch swifts dipping into the ponds at dusk, spot ducklings and coots among the reeds, and of course, look for the graceful gazelles who call the park home. This peaceful walk is a chance to connect with nature at a quiet hour of the day.

This gentle 1 km walk is great for all ages and requires no prior experience. The path is well-maintained and easy to navigate. The walk will be led in English. Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, sun protection (hat, sunscreen), binoculars if you have them, and a love of wildlife
