The Dead Sea region is a great place to find special nocturnal animals, including rare nocturnal raptors such as the Egyptian Nightjar and Pallid Scops-Owl. We will look for them and perhaps other surprises on this fascinating night tour.
Meet at the Nahal Kalia parking lot on the left immediately after entering Kibbutz Kalia.
Easy to moderate walking (1- 2 km), along some uneven paths with some short uphill and downhill sections. The tour will be in English.
Please wear closed shoes, and bring a small pocket flashlight to see where you are going. Bug-spray is recommended.
Appropriate for adults and teens over 13.

Free for members of the English Bird Club
SPNI Members: 90 NIS per person
Non-Members: 110 NIS per person
