A birdwatching bus trip of BirdLife Israel, Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.

Winter is a wonderful time to explore the Carmel coast and the ponds and beach of Kibbutz Ma’agan Michael. Herons, gulls and a wide variety of shorebirds can be expected along with all 3 species of kingfishers and many species of songbirds. We will explore Ma’agan Michael and a couple other hotspots nearby.

This is a bus trip that will leave from Jerusalem at 06:00. There is an option for pickup at Latrun at 06:30.  Also possible to join group at Ma’agan Michael (contact us for more information and price).
