A special family adventure among the beautiful sand dunes of Ashdod

Join us for a special family adventure among the stunning white sand dunes of Ashdod – one of the last remaining habitats of its kind along Israel’s southern coast.

As the sun sets, we’ll explore the shifting landscape to discover unique plants like the evening primrose and learn the secrets of how these massive dunes were formed. When darkness falls, we’ll become nature detectives, tracking the footprints of the secretive animals that come alive at night. After plenty of time spent rolling down the soft sandy slopes, we’ll wrap up the magic by gathering around a campfire to bake fresh pitot under the stars!

The Walk: Easy–moderate 2 km walk entirely on soft sand.

Language: Guided entirely in English.

Accessibility: Not stroller-accessible.

SPNI Members: 30 NIS per adult, 20 NIS per child
Non-Members: 80 NIS per adult, 65 NIS per child
