Get a vulture’s-eye view of the breathtaking Zin Canyon and discover the stories of the Negev on this full-day adventure. We’ll begin at Ben Gurion’s grave in Sde Boker, then scan the cliffs for Griffon Vultures and other birds of prey. At the Ramat HaNegev Birding Center’s new visitor center, you’ll learn about vital conservation work to protect these endangered birds. After a picnic lunch, we’ll walk into Ein Avdat Canyon for an up-close look at the vultures’ nesting sites. We’ll end the day with a visit to David Ben Gurion’s historic home and explore his deep ties to this dramatic landscape.
