The Sea of Galilee (Kinneret in hebrew) has been a focal point of history throughout the ages. Explore the history and nature of this amazing freshwater lake – from the craggy cliffs of the surrounding highland to the kibbutzim on the shores of the rich farmland.

Kibbutz Ein Gev: We will enjoy lunch on the shore of the Sea of Galilee at the beautiful Kibbutz Ein Gev.

Kinneret Cemetary: we will learn about the history of the early kibbutzim in the are with a visit to the Kinneret cemetery – one of the most beautiful cemeteries in Israel on the banks of the lake, near the outflow of the Jordan River.
